CLEAN

                                                                            
Green smoothies and plenty of fresh, mostly raw fruits and veggies can clean your body on the inside, strengthening your immune system which is then able to clean up most illness and disease.  According to the good doctor, whenever you've had enough of allergies, bloating and diseases maybe it's worth it to give up the chocolate, pork roast, and ice cream (my favorites) and allow our amazing bodies to function as God intended them to.
